There's an interesting stretch of road in the USA called 'The Million Dollar Highway'. It is a part of Route 550 going through Colorado. The legend has it that this road is so twisting and treacherous that not every driver will risk to take it, even for a million dollars. Well, Need for Speed: The Run offers 25 million to the main character Jack if he finishes the race. Time to take risks? ... more.

At Access PlayStation last week, KitGuru had an opportunity to play Golden Eye: Reloaded. My, did we feel nostalgic. Reloaded is a high-definition port of a Wii reimagining of a Nintendo 64 game. And it's true to its roots. Original GoldenEye was a much celebrated, universally appealing, endearingly simple first-person shooter. It was based on what's considered to be one of the best films of th... more.

First time I saw Dark Souls was at Eurogamer. It was a rushed encounter. I barely managed to pick up a gamepad and die a couple of times before I had to move on. I was amazed by what I experienced in those few minutes: the fear, the intensity, the seriousness. I felt like a little kid again, exploring the unfamiliar locations, testing the boundaries, proving my ability. I had to make sure Dark ... more.

Mass Effect 3 didn't draw big crowds at Eurogamer. The game was due for release this year, but had to be rescheduled for March 6, 2012. That's a long time to wait, with plenty of huge games coming out between now and then. Besides, the playable demo on offer was the one you might have seen at E3 in June. Well, we haven't been to E3, so here are our fresh impressions. The game feels great. It's... more.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive was a pleasant surprise announced by Valve in August. But even more surprising is that developers will bring Counter Strike to both PC and consoles. To top it off, PC, Macs and PS3 will get cross-platform multiplayer. Sounds ambitious? First of all, the queue for CS:GO at Eurogamer Expo  was enormous. This was the first showing of the demo in Europe, the staff ... more.

The developer team at CDProject RED are already thinking about the next chapter in The Witcher series. In his interview with the-witcher.de website, scriptwriter Yan Bartkcowics said the cliff-hanger ending in The Witcher 2 is a justifiable strategy. The ending is so incomplete that the players will definitely anticipate the coming of The Witcher 3. He also hinted that the most interesting events ... more.
  • No Porsche for Forza

This is just a short note to make you guys aware that FORZA MOTORSPORT 4 IS NOT GOING TO HAVE A PORSCHE. Why? Because of stupid licensing issues. You see, while Microsoft, the publisher behind Forza, holds the exclusive license for all Ferrari cars on PC and Xbox 360, EA has all the Porsches. While Microsoft is happy for all other developers to feature Ferraris, EA is not. The two sides negotia... more.
