    ArenaNet has announced in a Guild Wars 2 game status update, that it is permanently banning accounts that it deems have been hacked, specifically those that are found using bots or spamming adverts for gold. However, should you contact customer support, informing them that your account was hacked and that the nefarious activity was not your doing, it will be reinstated with a changed password. ... more.
